Grooming with Finesse

We do not accept walk in appointments. On occasion we may have a cancelation available.                                        Generally we need a weeks notice. Saturdays and holiday seasons book up quicker.

To avoid disappointment, prebook your next appointment!

Should I stay?

Most often when the owner stays for the duration of the grooming process, it is more distracting to the pet which results in a longer and more stressful process. For this reason it is not recommended that pet owners stay.

The salon has been design with the comfort of pet owners in mind. For this reason we have a fully visible grooming area.

Please note, it is often distracting for a pet to see their owner in the window, so if you are early for pick up and you notice your furkid on a grooming table, please do not to let him know you are there. Remember they to not have to see or hear you to know you are there, thier nose will let them know!

PLEASE NOTE:

The shop has an open concept. For this reason if you notice your pet is still on the grooming table when you come to pick up, please do not allow your pet to see, smell or hear you! It can be very distracting for most pets and result in a longer more stressful session for your pet.

We require 24 hour cancelation notice. This allows us time to replace the opening. If we do not recieve proper notice, a cancellation fee or 50% will be charged.

Hours

At Grooming with Finesse we strive to meet your scheduling needs, offering appointments Tuesday thru Saturday 9am-5pm

Most pets are available for pick up in about 3 hours. If you like we can call you if your pet is done sooner.

To keep stress levels at a minimum, all day stays are not encouraged, but are accepted for well behaved pets.

 Prior to drop off: Please make sure your pet is excercised prior to appointment, to avoid unnecessary accidents, that may result in rebathing fees.
