Appointments
Most pets are available for pick up in 2 to 4 hours. If you like we will call if your pet is done sooner.
To keep stress levels at a minimum, please do not show up early for pick up.
Prior to drop off: Please make sure your pet is exercised to avoid unnecessary accidents that may result in rebathing fees.
Most often when the owner stay for the duration of the grooming process, it is more distracting to your pet as well as the others in the salon. This can result in a longer and more stressful process. For this reason it is not recommended that pet owners stay.
Our salon have been design with a fully visible grooming area to give pet parents peace of mind.
